2025 Collegiate Scholarship Application
The AAPA Foundation will award $22,000 to collegians and alumnae this year. See eligibility requirements below.

DEADLINE: Completed applications must be received no later than March 3, 2025
Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:
- Member of a sorority belonging to the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC).
- Rising Junior or Rising Senior attending college/university in Georgia.
- Full-time student with minimum of 12 credit hours per term.
- An active member in good standing as defined by your sorority.
- Legal residence in the Metro Atlanta area counties of Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Paulding or Rockdale.
All Collegians graduating in May/Spring of 2025, who are planning to continue their education at a university/college or pursue a professional licensing program, and will maintain a legal residence in the Metro Atlanta counties as listed above, should apply for the Alumnae Scholarship.
Completed Applications Include the Following:
All attachments must be in separate Microsoft Word documents or PDF files and attached separately in the appropriate spaces below. Please ensure your full name is on all attachments.
1. Application form with all questions answered.
2. Current resume.
3. Unofficial college/university transcript(s).
4. Document with the following listings:
A.) Sorority Activities – Officer positions, committee chair, committees, activities, and non-academic honors, awards, and recognition.
B.) Campus Activities – Officer positions, committee chair, committees, activities, and non-academic honors, awards, and recognition.
C.) Community Service – Volunteer work, including names of organizations and your role, leadership positions, awards, and recognition.
D.) Scholarship / Academic Honors – Briefly describe your educational goals and objectives. List individual honors, awards, and recognition.
E.) Employment – Include work history with brief description.
5. Short Essay:
Provide a summary of the positive impact you have had within your sorority and Panhellenic community. Any additional information you would like to share may also be included in this section (max 250 words).
6. Two letters of recommendation are required:

1. One letter of recommendation from a member in good standing of your local Alumnae Group.
2. One letter of recommendations from a employer or professor.
- Complete collegiate applications must be received by MONDAY, MARCH 3, 2025.
- Winners will be notified early April.
- Presentation will take place on Saturday, April 26 at Dunwoody Country Club.
